Cláudia Lemos Roncador Botelho is a lawyer with twenty years of experience in Labor Law, Civil Law, Contractual Law, Corporate and Intellectual Property Law. She has expertise in high-level complex negotiations in national and international contracts and holds a deep understanding of the workings of Brazilian public and private tenders. Botelho is knowledgeable in setting up legal departments and in developing the legal structure and organization from contract database management and standard contract drafting to the development of internal policies, corporate governance and legal procedures.
Within the commercial department of the legal office, Botelho is in charge of organizing events to promote the legal brand and of seeking new customers both nationally and internationally. She has offered her legal support to public agencies, such as municipalities, energy and basic sanitation companies, joint venture companies, JUCESP, INPI, DAC, Public Works and Environment public managers.
Among her international experiences, Cláudia Lemos Roncador Botelho has taken part in commercial contract negotiation in Italy and has collaborated in organizing technical development courses. She has also been a lecturer and consultant on the topic of prospecting new clients for law firms. Additionally, Botelho is responsible for the mass litigation processes and mainly focuses on coordinating deadlines, petitions and internships and on following up with clients and board members.
Botelho is the sales director of a packaging company where she is in charge of the company’s marketing and customer service and participates in roundtables. She also manages digital marketing and is responsible for the company’s website and social networks.
